CURE100, Inc. (“CURE100”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Notice describes the personal information that we collect about you, how we use and disclose this information, and the steps we take to protect this information. We may also collect information about you through your communications to us, including questions you send to us, communications preferences, Carbon Tracker responses, payment information for donations, volunteer details and survey responses. Online credit card donations are processed through a third-party service provider and we do not retain, store, sell or share any of your credit card or payment-related personal information.

Children

We do not knowingly solicit data from persons under 13 years of age (“children”) or knowingly reach out to children, and no part of the Services is directed to children. If we learn that information has been collected through the Services from children without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us using the contact information below if you wish to request that we delete the information from our systems.
